Dear Student:

Prior to starting your rotations at our clinical affiliates, you are required to undergo a criminal background investigation. This is to assure that students meet the minimum background screening requirements of the clinical affiliates. These screenings are designed to protect the public as well as the clinical agencies.  In addition, both regulatory and accrediting agencies have begun requesting background checks for all those who provide care to clients in healthcare facilities.
