Dear Student:

The Dakota Nursing Program requires background checks of the students as a condition of using the clinical sites. Failure to submit a background check by the requested due date may cause you to be dismissed from the program.

 

The background check report must be completed by Verified Credentials, Inc.  Please follow the instructions as directed on this Verified Credentials, Inc. website.  You will be required to provide identifying information as well as a payment source.  You will be directed through the background check process and results will be returned to you as well as the campuses with the Dakota Nursing Program.  It is important that you submit information in a timely fashion.

 

It is essential that the Dakota Nursing Program be able to document this background check for you when requested by hospitals, clinics, and other non Dakota Nursing Program training sites.
